Refund policy

To begin a return or exchange, please click on the "Returns" button . Our team will review the information you submit. If your request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Unless the return is due to an error by SPEQT, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: We can only process returns for products purchased directly from www.SPEQTAUS.com. If you purchased your SPEQT® product from another retailer, please refer to their return policy and instructions on their site or store.
